Request account deletion
You can request deletion without installing the app or signing in.
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete Account. Your profile is hidden immediately; account and photo cleanup normally finishes within 30 minutes. If cleanup fails, the request stays queued for retry.
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Bristogether account deletion".
- Send from the email address registered to your account. If you cannot access it, tell us; we will verify ownership another way.
- We will confirm ownership and reply within 30 days. Never send your password.
Deletion covers your login account, profile, uploaded photos, preferences, posts, messages and event interactions. It cannot remove copies other people have already saved.
We may retain records required for a specific legal obligation or ongoing safety investigation. If that applies, we will explain the records, reason and retention period in our reply. Deletion requests also cover personal data held by our service providers.
To remove particular data while keeping your account, email the same address and describe what you want removed.
